How long is the delivery time?
Each pair of shoes custom made for you. Please note that we usually need 1-3 weeks to handcraft your sneakers. This time may take longer in busy periods. Shipping to Europe takes about 1-8 days. Worldwide shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks.

Am i able to track my order?

Are the shoes that you customize original?
Yes! We only work with original shoes to guarantee the best quality.
Do you also make designs on request?
Definitely! We love to make unique products for you. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
Can products be returned?
Our custom made products can not be returned as they are made especially for you. Our face masks can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.

How do you recommend taking care of the custom sneakers?
Handle your custom sneakers with care. All our sneakers are handcrafted! Be cautious when wearing your sneakers so that you can enjoy having them for as long as possible. We recommend using a protection spray.
How do I clean my face mask?
To reduce the risk of spreading the Corona virus, you should clean your mask after every use. Put the masks in the laundry (30-60 °C) or hand wash them with hot water and soap. Do not put the masks in the microwave. Let the mask air dry.
